Innova Smart Gas Monitor (Under Development)

The Innova Smart Gas Monitor is a state-of-the-art gas sampling system designed to deliver accurate, continuous monitoring of gas compositions. Equipped with a robust sampling pump and a precision sensor package, it measures critical gas components, including methane (CH₄), oxygen (O₂), carbon dioxide (CO₂), and calculated balance gas, along with gas temperature and pressure.

At the heart of the system are two advanced NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) sensors for precise methane and carbon dioxide measurements (0–100% range) and a high-performance electrochemical sensor for oxygen detection (0–25% range). This combination ensures reliable and repeatable readings essential for environmental compliance, operational efficiency, and safety.

The modular sensor assembly panel can be wired directly to the client’s PLC (control unit) or communicate wirelessly via an optional RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) that transmits data wirelessly to a remote server, where it can be monitored through an OPC (Open Platform Communications) UA Client software — providing real-time access from virtually anywhere over the internet.

Designed for flexibility, the Innova Gas Monitor can be deployed anywhere that requires continuous gas analysis. Its low power consumption makes it ideal for off-grid operations using an optional solar power package offered for even greater deployment versatility.
